Questions people ask
What is included in the price?
The price shown includes Pluto's service fee, the government or VFS appointment fee we list for that country, and 5% VAT. For Schengen countries and Turkey, the embassy visa fee itself is paid by you directly at VFS and is not part of our price.
What do I need to start?
Just your passport photo page (we read it for you), your travel dates, how many people are travelling, and your contact details. You pay first. After payment, one of our executives contacts you shortly to collect everything else.
Do I have to upload my documents now?
No. After payment you can upload documents on your application page if you want, but it is optional. Our executive will also ask for what is needed by WhatsApp or email and upload it for you.
Who books my appointment?
We do. After speaking with you, we book the VFS or embassy appointment when slots open and tell you the date, time and place.
How long does it take?
Each country page shows the usual processing time. It depends on the embassy and can be longer in busy periods. Express and urgent options exist for some countries: our executive explains them on the call.
Can I get a refund?
Visa fees and our service fees are non-refundable once you have paid, because the work and the embassy fees start straight away. Approval of a visa is always at the embassy's discretion.
Is my passport photo safe?
You tick a consent box before we read it with AI (Claude, by Anthropic). The photo is used to fill in your details and is deleted after one year. You always check the details before you pay.
How do I pay?
By card. Companies with a Pluto account can also use their credit or a bank transfer.
How do I follow my application?
After payment you get a tracking link. Open it any time, no sign-in needed, to see each step, your appointment and your invoice. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
